10. COLORADO (Colorado Springs)
An estimated 48,000 from the state of Colorado served during the Korean War era. In total, 305 from the state never returned home from Korea, including 65 POW/MIAs who still remain unaccounted for.
This memorial located in the city of Colorado Springs pays tribute to these heroes.
