2. NEVADA (Carson City)
An estimated 6,000 from the state of Nevada served during the Korean War era. In total, 37 from the state never returned home from Korea, including 5 POW/MIAs who still remain unaccounted for.
This memorial located in the city of Carson City pays tribute to these heroes.
